In this large article I have summarized some scientific breakthroughs on the benefits of reflection. Over 100 surveys were examined (some of which exist in themselves investigation of different hundreds of studies) , and categorized these findings into 76 benefits (separated into 46 subheadings ). You would be amazed at reading some of these. You can find that on some blogs and forums when people say this question “ reason should I contemplate ” or “ what represent these benefits of contemplation ”, they do mention a few health benefits, and spiritual benefits, But get a lot behind; or they often lack technological information backing up what they have (like the one) . There are around 3,000 scientific reports on the benefits of reflection, but I have not seen any journal that compiles

A couple of important things to mention for successful reflection is that the less you do within the contemplation, the higher the advantages. To get the benefits of meditation, daily exercise is required and it takes just a couple of hours the day!
